1. Burglary Attempt – If your gun safe is forcibly entered or damaged due to an attempted burglary.

Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty service, follow these steps:

1. Report the Incident

   • In case of burglary or fire damage, file an official police report or fire department report.

2. Contact AMSEC or an Authorized Dealer

   • Provide the following details:
     • Serial number of the safe
     • Proof of purchase
     • Copy of the police/fire report

3. Return the Damaged Safe

   • The damaged safe must be shipped back to AMSEC (freight paid by the customer).
   • AMSEC will repair or replace the safe and return it to you (freight collect).

Exclusions and Limitations

This Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation, misuse, or negligence.
• Damage caused by natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.).
• Any modifications made to the safe after purchase.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
• Damage resulting from loss of keys, forgotten combinations, or unauthorized lock changes.
