Warranty Policy
Limited One-Year Warranty
Gardall warrants all products to the original retail purchaser against defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
If a unit is found to be defective, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it at no charge for new parts. However, the purchaser is responsible for all transportation and labor costs associated with repairs.
To initiate a warranty claim:
- The defective unit must be returned to Gardall or an authorized service location designated by the factory.
- Written permission from the factory is required, along with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number.
Lifetime Replacement Warranty: Gardall record safes qualify for a lifetime replacement warranty. All warranty work must be pre-authorized by the factory; unauthorized repairs will not be covered.
