Warranty Policy

Limited One-Year Warranty

Gardall warrants all products to the original retail purchaser against defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If a unit is found to be defective, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it at no charge for new parts. However, the purchaser is responsible for all transportation and labor costs associated with repairs.

To initiate a warranty claim:

• The defective unit must be returned to Gardall or an authorized service location designated by the factory.
• Written permission from the factory is required, along with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number.

Lifetime Replacement Warranty: Gardall record safes qualify for a lifetime replacement warranty. All warranty work must be pre-authorized by the factory; unauthorized repairs will not be covered.

Exceptions and Exclusions

1. No Other Warranties

   • We make no other express or implied warranties, and no one is authorized to make warranties on our behalf.
   • Warranty service is the exclusive remedy for defective or non-conforming products.

2. Warranty Duration

   • All warranties are limited to one (1) year from purchase or two (2) years from the date of manufacture, except for the lifetime replacement warranty on record safes.

3. Limitations of Liability

   • Gardall is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages (including personal injury or property damage).
   • Some states may not allow these limitations, so certain provisions may not apply.

4. Warranty Exclusions

   • This warranty does not cover units that have been:
     • Improperly installed or misused.
     • Tampered with, burglarized, or accidentally damaged.
     • Altered (e.g., serial number defaced/removed, combination lock changed without factory permission).
     • Damaged due to failure to perform normal maintenance.
