All Hayman Safe Company products are warranted to the original retail purchaser against defects in material and workmanship.

• Coverage: Standard production models are covered for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
• Eligibility: Applies only to new safes purchased from Hayman Safe Company or an authorized dealer. Proof of purchase is required.
• Service Process: Contact an authorized Hayman Safe dealer to obtain warranty service. Authorization from Hayman Safe Company must be obtained before any service is performed under warranty.
• Exclusions: Improper installation, misuse, lack of proper maintenance, or accidental damage voids this warranty.

• A police report is required. The burglarized safe must be returned to us (freight paid). We will repair or replace the safe and return it to you (freight collect).

Polymer Floor Safe Guarantee

Hayman Safe Company stands by the durability and security of its polymer-body floor safes.

• If any polymer-body safe is successfully burglarized, damaged by fire, or compromised by seepage, we will repair or replace it.
• A police or fire department report is required. The damaged safe must be returned to us (freight paid), and we will return a repaired or replacement unit (freight collect).
• Improper installation may void this guarantee.
